All UpLevered content, including articles, templates, downloads, models, and other resources, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
We make no guarantee of recruiting, employment, investment, financial, or other results. The site and its products do not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make using them.
Examples are simplified for educational purposes and use public information, illustrative assumptions, or synthetic materials unless stated otherwise. UpLevered is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any company or firm referenced. Nothing on the site or in a paid product discloses confidential information belonging to an employer, client, candidate, or company.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, site content and products are the intellectual property of UpLevered, including their text, design, branding, downloads, models, graphics, and supporting materials.
You may:
- Share brief excerpts from public articles with attribution and a link to the source.
- Use free resources for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Use a paid digital product personally under the license in Section 5.
You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, distribute, upload, or publicly post our content or products.
- Sell, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer our materials or access credentials.
- Remove ownership notices or claim our content as your own.

3. External Links
This site may link to third-party websites, payment processors, or tools. We do not control or guarantee their accuracy, availability, relevance, or security and are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from their use.
4. User Submissions
If you send messages, feedback, or comments, you permit us to use them to operate and improve the site. We will not publish your name, testimonial, confidential materials, or identifying feedback without permission.
5. Paid Digital Products
A purchase of Project Forge or another paid download gives the purchaser identified by the checkout email a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution, resale, public posting, group use, or sharing with coworkers, classmates, clients, or online communities.
Project Forge is a finished, self-directed educational product. The purchase includes only the files and access described on its sales page. It does not include coaching, personalized model or memo review, recruiting advice, live instruction, community access, work on a buyer's confidential materials, or guaranteed recruiting outcomes.
Support covers purchase access, download or file problems, and clarification of the published case materials. Contact [email protected] from the purchase email for support or access recovery.
Project Forge includes a 30-day satisfaction refund measured from the purchase date. To request one, email [email protected] from the purchase email within that period. A full approved refund revokes product access and the license to retain or use the files. Refunds after 30 days are not offered except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Project Forge is priced at $99 USD plus applicable tax, and the final total shown at checkout controls the transaction. Stripe checkout may identify FirmLedge, the shared payment account used to process the UpLevered purchase. Card statements are configured to show FIRMLEDGE* UPLEVERED, though issuer formatting may vary. We may refuse or revoke access for failed, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or mismatched payments.
6. Paid Services
UpLevered may separately offer advisory, project-based, or other paid services. Scope, pricing, scheduling, and refund terms are agreed in writing before each engagement, and those engagement-specific terms control.
Unless expressly stated in writing, services are educational, no outcome is guaranteed, completed sessions are non-refundable, and no investment-advisory, fiduciary, legal, accounting, or employment relationship is created.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpLevered is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the site or its products, including errors, omissions, loss of data, loss of income, or decisions made using educational materials.
Use the site and its products at your own risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. The terms shown at the time of a digital-product purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the buyer.
