2025 annual purchase program

Dear Elena,

You requested written confirmation of the annual program applicable to account CIS-44082. The terms below reproduce the program election effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

Program calculation

The achieved rate applies to all eligible merchandise purchases for the program year. Purchases above the threshold are not treated as a separate marginal band.

Eligible purchases are merchandise invoiced to Calder Industrial Supply LLC, account CIS-44082, less merchandise returns accepted by Aster on or before December 31, 2025. A return accepted by that date reduces the 2025 program basis even if the credit memo is posted in the next calendar year. Freight, sales tax and purchases on other customer accounts are excluded.

Account treatment

This election is specific to the named legal entity and account. Purchases may not be combined with an affiliate's account to determine either the volume tier or the rebate base. Forecasts, purchase plans and unfilled orders do not qualify as invoiced merchandise.

Status of your enquiry

As of this letter, no 2025 annual rebate has been paid in cash or applied as a credit against amounts payable by Calder. We have no amendment, threshold waiver, discretionary uplift or side agreement on file that changes these terms.
